Boys over Flowers (anime) home media

The anime adaptation of Boys Over Flowers was originally released on VHS in the late 1990s by Toei Animation. Toei would later publish a box set, containing the whole series in 2006. Nine individual volumes of the anime were subsequently released in 2007. Viz Media held the license for the North American release of the anime in the early 2000s. The license was later bought by Discotek Media, who released the complete series in a box set on October 25, 2016.

The Boys Over Flowers anime was originally released on twelve VHS cassettes from 1997 to 1998. They were only available at Japanese rental stores.

Hong Kong

In Hong Kong, Panorama Entertainment licensed the anime, which they titled Meteor Garden (流星花園). It was released on VCD in two box sets with an original Cantonese dub. The first volume contains episodes one through twenty-six on thirteen discs, while the second contains episodes twenty-seven to fifty-one also on thirteen discs.

Speedy Video release

Speedy Video released the anime as Meteor Garden on VCD in 2003. It featured the original Japanese audio track as well as Mandarin. There were also subtitles in Mandarin.

North America

Viz

Viz Media licensed the Boys Over Flowers anime and manga in 2003. They released the series onto twelve DVD sets under their "Viz Video" label.
