Kim Hyung-joon (Hangul: 김형준, born February 3, 1985 in Gwacheon, South Korea), better known by his stage name Kim Joon (김준), is a South Korean singer and actor. He is best known for being a member of the now disbanded group, T-max. In 2009, he portrayed Song Woo-bin in Boys Over Flowers. His band also performed the theme song.

Kim Joon was born Kim Hyung-joon on February 3, 1985 in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi, South Korea.

In 2007, Kim Joon made his debut with the boyband, T-max. Kim was the actor and songwriter of the group. He made his acting debut in the 2009 drama, Boys Over Flowers as Song Woo-bin. Kim Joon's band contributed many songs to the drama's soundtrack, including "Paradise". The same year, Kim began appearing on the variety show, Invincible Baseball Team.

In 2010, Kim starred in the Korean-Japanese mobile drama, Pygmalion's Love with Nao Minamisawa and Kim Jae-wook. Kim went on to co-star in the police drama, Detectives in Trouble as Shin Dong-jin. He took a break from acting to study for a masters degree in Global Culture Content at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.

Kim Joon enlisted for mandatory military service on September 29, 2011 and was discharged on June 28, 2013. He began acting again with the 2014 period drama, Endless Love. The same year, he made his film debut in Lupin III starring Shun Oguri.

Personal life[]

In 2015, Kim married an office worker, whom he had been dating for nine years.[1] He only revealed to the public that he was married as well as a father three years later in 2018.[2]
