Takayuki Takuma (宅間 孝行 (たくま たかゆき) Takuma Takayuki, born July 17, 1970 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese actor, screenwriter, and theater director. Prior to 2009, he wrote scripts under the name Mikio Satake (サタケ ミキオ () ).

He wrote five episodes of Hana Yori Dango, all eleven episodes of Hana Yori Dango Returns, and Hana Yori Dango Final. He also portrayed Okami-san's boyfriends in episodes four through nine of Hana Yori Dango.

Biography

Early life

Takuma was born on July 17, 1970 in Tokyo, Japan. After graduating from Waseda University Honjo Senior High School, he attended Waseda University but dropped out.

Career

He debuted as an actor in 1997. In 2003, he began writing scripts under the name Mikio Satake (サタケミキオ () ), including Hana Yori Dango and Attack No. 1. He also wrote all eleven scripts of Hana Yori Dango Returns and Hana Yori Dango Final. Since 2009's Smile, he writes under his own name.

Personal life

Takuma married actress Nanako Okochi (大河内 奈々子 () ) on November 27, 2006. They had a son on September 4, 2008, before divorcing on May 7, 2012. Okochi has since remarried.
