Zhen Xiu Zhen (Chinese: 甄秀珍; pinyin: Zhēn Xiùzhēn, born January 18, 1960 in Taichung, Taiwan) is a former singer and actress. She released her first album in 1972 and began acting in the late 1970s. In 2001, she portrayed Dao Ming Feng in Meteor Garden.
Zhen was born as Qi Li Ying (亓麗櫻; Qí Lìyīng) on January 18, 1960 in Taichung, Taiwan. Her father was a non-commissioned officer in the Republic of China Army. At an early age, her parents began sending her to vocal lessons and she started entering singing competitions by age nine.

In 1972, she released her first album "Gu Xing" (孤星) at the age of twelve in Taiwanese Hokkien. Zhen recorded her next two albums in Mandarin with WuHu Records. At age fifteen, she put school on hold to focus on being a professional singer. She released her following eleven albums through Haishan Records, before recording six albums with Tony Tony. In the meantime, Zhen began appearing in television with a lead role in Zhai Xing Meng (摘星夢).
